Retriever's social media management platform (referred to as ”Retriever”) provide Internet based services with the purpose to manage an organization's social media channels (referred to as the ”Service”). You (referred to as the ”User”) use the Service.
By using the Service the User agrees to these terms on behalf of 1) the User and 2) the organizations that the User represents and 3) the organizations that own the data that is sent to the Service from the external sources (for example social media networks) that are connected to the Service as a result of the User (or the organizations) using the Service. This agreement is referred to as the ”Agreement”.
Illegal activities
The customer agrees to never use Retriever to sell or promote illegal activities or items. The User agrees to never use Retriever for activities that are illegal in either the country that the User is located in or the country Retriever is located in (Sweden).
If Retriever finds that the User has in any way breached its obligations stated in this agreement, Retriever has the right to immediate terminate the User’s access to the Service. Upon such an event the User is not entitled to any repayment or compensation.
Agreement with social media platforms' policies
The User must at all times comply with all Facebook Policies and all Twitter policies.
Data storage
The User is not permitted to store any information about committed crimes or illegal activities when using Retriever. To comply with such requirements is the User's obligation.

On behalf of the User, Retriever processes the data that is transfered to Retriever when the User uses Service. This data includes, but is not limited to: posts, comments, private messages, names and ID numbers of senders and receivers of messages, dates and times of messages and reactions (such as likes).
- How the data is processed
The data is stored on Retriever social media management applications servers.
- The purpose of processing the data
The purpose of Retriever processing of this data is only to provide the social media management Service to the User. Retriever may not use the data for any other purposes.

Delivery
The Service is delivered as a web application and requires a computer with an active Internet connection and a newly updated version of the web browser Google Chrome. Retriever strives to give the User a truly outstanding user experience, Retriever does however not give a guarantee that the service, or any specific part of it, will be available at all times. One of the reasons for this is that when Facebook’s APIs, Instagram's APIs, Twitter’s APIs, LinkedIn's APIs, or any other needed services to fully deliver the service, are not functioning properly or are changed, then the Retriever service will not function as desired.
Order of precedence
If there are any contradictions in the agreement between the parties, the parts of the agreement between the parties should take the following order of precedence:
1. Amendments to this Agreement that have been signed by both parties
2. This Agreement
Responsibility
The User is responsible for its use of the Service. The User shall hold Retriever harmless from all legal and financial claims against Retriever (or other companies in the same group of companies as Retriever) that for example is a result from the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, connecting the User’s social channels , intentional use, unintentional use, unexpected behavior by the Service, output or alterations made by the Service, storing data in Retriever or any other result from the Service. Retriever shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages; including, but not limited to, loss of data, legal processes, profit or goodwill. Retriever’s total liability is limited to the fees paid by the User to Retriever that is attributed to the User's usage of the Service for the past six (6) months.
Privacy of information
The User is responsible for its use of the Service. The User shall hold Retriever harmless from all legal and financial claims against Retriever (or other companies in the same group of companies as Retriever) that for example is a result from the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, connecting the User’s social channels , intentional use, unintentional use, unexpected behavior by the Service, output or alterations made by the Service, storing data in Retriever or any other result from the Service. Retriever shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages; including, but not limited to, loss of data, legal processes, profit or goodwill. Retriever's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the User to Retriever that is attributed to the User's usage of the Service for the past six (6) months.
Applicable law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.
